Open Discussion for the Gazetteer of Games

As several GMs have woven together stories and campaign settings that incorporate previous games, a shared multiverse has evolved.
This thread is an attempt to create a master list of games, campaigns, and characters that we have played throughout time. The information collected will be used to create a Gazetteer of Worlds!

Please, post the games you remember GMing in your own individual thread. One person = one thread.
Post questions here in the "Open Discussion" thread.

1) Include what details you can remember = Name of the world, basic plot, info about characters, interesting notes.
2) The general "era" or time when game occurred in the real-world.
3) Are you including this game in the "Thousand Worlds" Multiverse?

Don't need a page. I only run WoD. No multiverse (since that was Chris's bag) and the characters are changing, so nothing really to post.

Other stuff can just be grabbed from the page. I'm keeping that world seperate

That's the only game you've ever run?

The multiverse isn't "Chris's Bag" - this recent game was one of many games, by many GMs over the last 20 years to be tied together, and if you didn't notice, characters from your WOD game showed up in this last game, so it's already been co-opted into the setting.

Feel free to add what you want and collaborate on a creative project with friends, or don't. The invitation has been made.

It's the only game I've run on this platform. The Conan stuff was before we were using this.

Chris is the first one to do that "multiverse" thing on this platform (that I'm aware of). Was just giving props

I don't care if other people borrow from my world or outright steal shit... it's all good. I'm just not planning on doing it myself because I don't want it to get done to death.

I'm always down to collaborate but it's gaming... so it's a low priority right now.

Chris and I thought it would be interesting to archive different games and campaigns, for possible future use, and just to have a record of the cool stuff we've played. Again, participation is up to you, at whatever pace, there is no deadline, it's not homework or a research paper. If you remember something, take a few minutes to write a summary paragraph, that's all...

Notes:
It's not a list of games on this platform, It's a list of games over all the time you've gamed.

The Thousand Worlds material formally tied together many of our previous games and campaigns. Chris's game was on many levels a continuation of that story and campaign. Other games had drawn in characters and settings prior to that, in various degrees.

yeah... Conan was ten years ago (that was the first one). I have no notes from any of that

I think you are missing the request, Josh. Matt is asking for a list of all games, from all times. If you don't want to do anything with it, you don't have to. But he has an idea and is just asking for whatever you remember.

for example:

in HS I recall Josh GM'ing....

a Star Wars d6 game in which Vader had trained a group of Force Assassins (much like in Rebels with the Inquistors 25 yrs later)

a Vampire game where I first made Shade Marley the Jamaican voodoo posse guy

lots of D&D games - one had evil priests with orange glowing eyes. I had a drow ranger with a throwing glaive (like Krull)



later, Josh did run a chapter of Conan with the Roman dwarves and Spider-queen drow

LMAO... there is no way in hell I remember anything from that long ago. Only bits and pieces and I had forgotten most of what you listed. All that history knowledge I picked up and have to remember had to displace something... the gaming had to be "cleared out"
