Childhood was mostly just D&D basic, AD&D, some Star Frontiers, Gamma World and Paranoia

campaigns were mostly published dungeons, not original stories

    most remembered characters:

Nomar - my first character, a fat human cleric in basic D&D.  he made the transition to AD&D and got to 16-18th level after years of play

Chevalier - paladin from Unearthed Arcana

Gamma World - where my affection for playing animal-characters probably began.  You could play a human, mutant, mutated animal or mutated plant. I always loved playing mutated animals

    High School

I was the main GM until I met Josh. I ran a SW d6 game that lasted a couple years. It had all manner of weird shit - aliens in flying space whales, time travel, alternate universes, etc. Joe Maloney had a bounty hunter. Mike WHite had a force-using kickboxer, and I think Josh had a BH from another game.

I played Silver Rose, an eleven assassin in Josh's SR game, though I don't remember much of what we did. I also ran SR for a while. Josh and I had the foolhardy idea to kill the OP party in a joint GM session. Brian Huber did NOT take kindly to this idea and as he was a biggun.... well... the plan changed mid-game affraid

Josh ran a d6 SW game, the one I mentioned with Vader's assassins. I played a Retired Imperial Officer. We did a lot of battles with the painted metal miniatures Josh painted.

Josh ran a D&D game with evil clerics with glowing orange eyes. I had a drow ranger with a Krull-esque throwing glaive.

Josh ran Vampire in Milwaukee. I had my voodoo shaman, Shade Marley.

Scott ran several games that I was a part of by senior year - D&D god-killers (death cleric), vampire (Tarzan)
Tracey Henderson ran a Champions game for which he made me a "gun-totting asshole" that pissed off everyone else because he was so OP (since Trey made him) cuz I didn't know the rules.

Brian Huber ran some weird Mad Max with mutant monsters game, using SR d6 system. I had an armadillo creature.

Mike White ran a d6 SW game. I had a Predator and Josh had a Klingon. It was a lot like Shadow Run in SW for some reason.

Someone ran a D&D game in Matt's basement - I don't remember much about it, but I had a Smilodon riding Samuri Paladin for some reason as a Beast Rider from some new splat book

Josh ran a very short Space Nazi game (forget the name) where I had an android pirate
