Olistaff snaps his fingers and the magical hut opens on all sides, like a puzzle box! Shelves and displays pop out loaded with peculiar items from all over the multiverse.
He gestures for the party to inspect his wares, "I will buy or take any items you happen to find in exchange. I can also craft specific items, at the buyer's request, for an extra fee of course."
ok, so here is how this will work
Oli sells the following, at all times:
any +1 weapon or armor = 500gp
any +1 shield = 450 gp
any 1st level scroll = 100gp
any 2nd level scroll = 500gp
any common potion = 80gp
any uncommon potion = 300gp
Oli can craft common and uncommon items, but he needs time. 1 hour for a minor common or minor uncommon. It takes 1 day for a minor rare or major uncommon. Special orders costs double.
Oli will take any item for full value like this - gold tankard embossed with a sad face that smiles when the
tankard is filled (250 gp)
Oli will take equal rarity magic items for 1/2 value or 2:1 in trade.
for example: 2 minor uncommon items for 1 custom minor uncommon. Or 1 minor rare for 1 custom uncommon.
Oli will buy non-magical stuff for 1/2 value.
Minor common items = 200gp
Minor uncommon items = 1000gp
*time still applies to craft
which is the same as what I listed in the Loot thread

re-sale value of non-magical items is 50%
something like the smiling mug is worth the value listed 100%
modified or damaged stuff is just junk with 0 value
party masks, since they come from the tomb, like a collector's item, lets say 10gp each
remember, the Ring and Staff CANNOT leave the tomb
the boon comes from the god within and are not tied to the item. So Tynman could give the staff to someone else, but he keeps the boon.
Adder, who resisted, does not have the boon, so the next person to touch the ring has to resist\fail and can get the boon. He could even give the ring back to Adder after he has the god within
