maybe consider writing your skills more like Alan did, with the cost of both BP and\or Karma (K) spent, then it will be easier to help you figure out if you are doing them correctly.

... so how hard would it be to have a cyber-ware voice-box that translates his grunts into english (Galactic) but does so in a voice identical to the actor that voiced KITT on Knight Rider or even the guy that voices JARVIS in the Iron Man movies?

I would think that would be possible with cyberware, sure.
