Rakhu ends up gunning his way out of danger as usual but is never recognized as anyone other than wren. He takes out a significant Sith baddie and a few traitorous mandos, but not the ones he was after. His contacts are lost and his deep cover has obliterated his records.
Undaunted, Rakhu BECOMES Wren, since few ever saw him unmasked. While he never got another shot at his target, there were other sith to mitigate. He himself became a target of the hunt and was later killed by a young fella, last name Fett. To this day, stories are told of the sith hunting red mando who turned over a new leaf after he learned a few tricks from a jedi.

Rakhu and Fett pieced out some of its equipment, while the rest of it found its way into the hands of a Nagai refugee. While the armor has many tales in between, the Nagai who modified it ocassionally wore it for certain special missions for the republic.

Re: They went that away.....
Following the incident with the force ghosts... Daxx Tay-Nari became rather disenchanted with the Jedi and disappeared for a while. He raced swoops, saved his friend Tank on more than one occasion and even managed to knock off a few crime lords that had it coming. He was sought after by the Jedi after nearly ten years. They needed experienced warriors as well as anyone who might know something about force ghosts. Daxx had had enough of wandering the galaxy by this point. He had re-evaluated his life and wished to pass on a legacy... he took on a new apprentice that he hoped would learn to trust the Jedi but not to become enthralled by their particular philosophy. In this he was successful, too successful as it turned out. When Daxx lived out his remaining years, his apprentice was elevated to Jedi Knight status and was given Daxx's lightsaber that was attuned to the force in such a way as to make it unique.
This unfortunate apprentice lived a full life... until she met a certain power hungry Faleen that she could not keep from falling in love with. Despite her training and the Jedi code, she fell under his spell... and was later killed so that Shivak could prove himself a worthy Sith.
... love, what a weakness.
