Matt has agreed to run a small group of NPCs as an OP4 group against you and Alan. You can work out your "team play" when you are actually a party.... oh wait, that never actually happens in a party and everyone just does whatever the hell they want.... anyways

I will build up a little map and make a small squad of NPCs for Matt to run, with a mix of guns, mages, etc

again, I do not want to have to control NPCs, I just want to monitor the rules and how the game mechanics work. this is why I wanted a "test" fight between two PCs, just to see the mechanics in action.

Your dice pools for sorcerry and conjuring will only add the attribute amount you dont spent on adept powers.

right. it's all about "how effective" of a caster do you want Shivak to be?

the more adept points = more cyberware effects, more like a jedi\paladin
the more mana points = more capable spell caster

with either 8d or 9d, you are going to average about 3 hits per spell in mostly opposed tests

Matt wants a couple days to read the rules, but he has his NPCs. We are looking at a Friday start for that test.

Do you two want to do another duel, in the meantime?
