The group bears left, Kruhl remaining ever vigilant towards the back. Ahead, they can see light cascading in through a demolished section of wall. On the floor at the end of the tunnel, Sam can see what had previously been the grate of the floordrain. It is clear that this is at least one way the interlopers breached the temple. The party draws near enough to get a peek inside...
They see a Mindflayer with his back turned, as he faces some sort of altar or table to do his work. On the floor below his platform, there is another floater taking stock of the other, stranger, forms in the room. As far as the group can tell, there seems to be 7. They move slowly, some on patrols around this grand and spacious room. They appear to be semi-formless globs of flesh, eyes, tentacles, and mouths.

ok, Sam will work his way towards the Mind Flayer. A double move is 60'. I believe that gets him to P-15. Sorry, having some trouble seeing the map really well (due to the debris).

@Josh - you can def try that if you like. Just to be clear, rubble like this is difficult terrain, so it would take at least 3 if not 4 full rounds of movement to get to the upper platform. Not to mention avoiding notice by all the patrols and the floater, but you sure can try it if you'd like.

Kruhl makes his way cautiously down the ramp. He does not give any indication that he sees the strange tentacle-mouth things.
It looks like he can make it to Q-3 with a double move? I think that would give him a little cover from that large rock at Q-5 while still allowing at least 1 or 2 to see him.

My old eyes can't distinguish much. It's just too tiny. Unfortunately I've no solution, at least in using power point. If we keep a running tab of every piece's coordinates, that might help.

I always use the desktop site view in a smartphone. Then I can zoom.

sorry for the delay, I had a 3 day conference in Westminster for work. The family came along, which was awesome, cuz I played hookie half the time. We did go-karts\bumper cars, Denver Zoo, Dave&Busters, ate some great food!

all I did was cut your map in half, stretch each map to fit a full slide and then stacked the 2 images in the forum to make it a large scale map
I sent you back the ppt with the newly sized 2 slides. You can add the tokens back on as they move and you need to update the map
