I have no way to heal him... out of force points and I've used both healing powers in the last hour. I can make an untrained heal check but that could make things worse.

I understand, there are others around, I just didn't want to get out of sequence and tell you to go ahead and rest for several hours while there are immediate concerns like Sharn and the ship

you are confusing wounded with dying. wounded is above 0 but having taken wound damage, so maybe 6\10 wound points. Sharn is at -6\10. In any game, once you pass below 0, you are unconscious and bleeding unless you stabilize or get stabillized via healing\skill
in PF\D&D terms, Sharn would be -6 hit points

Reading about Medical Kit and Medpac (p101), they seem to have separate functions.

T'son and Rakhu observe that he is holding what looks to be a holocrom (pre recorded holo msg). Both note that the armor itself looks old and worn. Rakhu's keen eyes detect that his deliberate pace is masking a slight limp in his left hip.
Daxx recognizes that armor and is too distracted to notice anything else. Daxx's memory spirals back to his misspent youth and he recalls a single night of drunken debauchery with his swoop gang and an outcast bounty hunter. The bounty hunter kept claiming to have been a Mandalorian, but he wasn't taken seriously. The outcast described how The Mandalore wore an archaic suit of armor. The swoop gang discounted his story as a drunkard's tale. For some reason the description stuck with Daxx.
The armored man stops a respective distance from the party. His gaze goes from Tarro to the other dead Mandos. He speaks with the well trained voice of a leader or an actor, "Victori exuviae" He nods his armored head. "I am not your enemy today. May I check for survivors?"

The Mandarlorian takes a quick look at Tarro as he passes by, but the body got hit by multiple grenades and he is clearly dead. "Such a waste of a good Aegis." He also looks from a distance at the charred remains of the 3 Mando recruits. He stops at the edge of the canyon and looks down for a long moment, perhaps scanning with some equipment in his helmet.
