the Escape is an Acrobatics or Athletics check, which is a skill roll, not a saving throw. So the Bear spirit doesn't help with that, but taking either roll and adding +8 for Marvin's acrobatics still passes the Escape DC of 15, so Marvin slips out of the Harpoon Arm.
Using a potion is a full Action RAW, but we amended it to a Bonus Action. The only free things you can do are interact with an object, like open a door, draw an item, etc. So the free action would be to draw the potion as he moves. I assume the thing to drop here is the Hide Bonus Action?
Marvin will still have partial cover behind the rocks at C-2. B-1 is a solid wall (I know the map can be hard to tell what's what)

You invoke both death and life upon a 10-foot-radius sphere centered on a point within range. Psychic Leech. At the start of each of the Lonely's turns, each creature within 5 feet of it must succeed on a DC15 Wisdom saving throw or take 10 (3d6) psychic damage.
Thrives on Company. The Lonely has advantage on attack rolls while it is within 30 feet of at least two other creatures. It otherwise has disadvantage on attack rolls.
Lonely gets ADV and the 2 wolves need a DC 15 WIS save vs psychic leech.

lets look on the map. G-3 is going to also hit Whisp, which I assume you don't want. How about G-4?
I made the effect 5ft wide, which really helps to see how many squares it can clip into and touch.
I think this is your best option for hitting multiple enemies. It looks like Lonely, Lost, Angry and 2 Wretched.
If that works for you, roll damage and remind me of the save.
