    It doesn't appear so if I draw a line from best corner to best corner. You could move a space or two to the east on the rooftop to gain LOS, but that would probably betray your position.

    Through a gap in the leafy green foliage before her, Abigail notices the rear floater come into sight. She raises an eyebrow. A squirrel scampers along a branch.

    A clean shot, but the other floaters could still get closer yet to the killzone.

    "Wait till you've got 'em where you want 'em, Abz," her peg-leg Pappy used to say, when he took her fishing out on his longboat.

    The elven archeress takes a slow breath and the floater passes out of sight. I hope the ground guys don't flub their duties.

    If they are all in the same initiative, then they would have moved at the same time. I know that they split up earlier, but the new map doesn't indicate that the rear guy moved up at all.

    Abagail lines up her shot and strikes the floater at the back of the group. The 2 nearest to Kruhl will both Reach out with their tentacles and attempt to grab him. The tattered rags give way as Kruhl slips from their grasp.

    Floater 3 finishes it's movement as 3 of the waving, tentacled arms produce eyestalks at their tips. 3 different colored rays shoot forth towards Abagail.

    @Rob:  My mistake.  Ill change the damage count to the floater at I-30.

    Abagail ducks back down as the 3 rays pass overhead.  Hawkes springs forth from his crumbled nook and swings his blades.  His rapier misses the first thrust, but strikes on the second (is that piercing damage?).  The followup swing of his cutlass misses the mark as well.

    @Mike: Didn't Crispy cast a fly spell earlier in the day?

    Crispy pops out, lets loose with 3 rays of fire, and ducks back in. The first 2 sear into the floaters around Kruhl, but the 3rd one misses it's target.

    C31 puts Renda near Sam under a tree.  Ill assume you meant G-31 and will tell me if I am wrong.  Renda finds a loose tentacle waving about and he chomps down twice.  Both bite attacks hit.  The blood that flows is like a dark ichor that tastes of wet ash.

    Kruhl slides between the two floaters without issue. First swing has near perfect placement on the floater and his followup swing also lands. 2 really nice hits there bring the first floater to the edge of death. Kruhl casts his spell, but notices no change in the demeanor of the floater to his north.

    Holy fuck-balls, indeed.  Sam's Firebolt causes the floater to burst and it falls to the ground.

    Another floater appears to the north from one of the paths and 3 colored beams shoot forth from his eyestalks.
    Green beam heads toward Kruhl.  Please make a DexSV.
    Red beam heads toward Hawkes. Please make a ChaSV.
    Yellow beam heads toward Sam. Please make an IntSV.

    Floater #1 makes a tentacle and a bite attack to retaliate against Renda.  The bite misses, but the tentacles seem to have tiny, curved hooks all over them, causing 20 psychic damage (reduced to 10 for rage?) when they strike.  Additionally, Renda is "grappled" and must make an IntSV.

    Floater #2 makes a similar set of attacks at Kruhl.  The bite and tentacle attacks both glance off his plate.  His eye pulses rapidly to the east.
