Crispy takes a deep breath as he steps to M-25. He exhales with a roar, unleashing his draconic breath weapon (a 15’ cone of fire) at the Flayer located at O-25. The Flayer can Dex save for 1/2 damage (DC 15)

As he never reached melee range, no AoO from the Flayer. Crispy high tails it out of there, taking cover in the damaged building at M-28. He takes a route around the west end of that building, with the idea in mind that the Flayer he just BBQ’d will not see where he’s headed.
